‘Spice it up’ is a particularly excellent resource for those who are new to the participation field, as it includes background information on the ethics and issues surrounding practical participation, as well as practical tools.

The document is easy to understand and text is laid out in a way that makes it easy to read. Good use of graphic design makes it an approachable text without being overly simplistic.
