Summary/Overview:

Community Matters runs training designed specifically for community organisations and their staff, board members and volunteers. The training is delivered on demand and the cost does not include the venue and catering.

Topics covered include how to develop a community building, legal issues and licences, employing and managing staff, strategic planning, fund raising and leadership skills. While the courses are primarily aimed at community organisations the courses are also offered for local authorities and other organisations.
