PEP is an independent not for profit organisation which specialises in providing consultancy around housing, regeneration and training.

PEP undertakes tailored projects based around regeneration, resident involvement and training, with specific emphasis on the empowerment of Local Authority and Housing Association tenants.

In addition, it jointly runs the national tenant training and conference programme.
