Commission for Rural Communities Website

Overall Star rating:

Summary/Overview:

The Commission for Rural Communities website is well designed and gives access to a useful and up to date e-newsletter on rural living, including issues such as post office closures and disadvantaged communities. There is also a document library available, which could be expanded, as content is heavy in housing, but not in other categories.

There is also a well-written and designed section which invites involvement in the commission’s current projects, although it is not clear exactly how to contribute. The online discussion forum is however under-used..
